Men and women have never been equal. Over the years people would say that women are now equal to men, but I disagree. In the business world, men doing the same job as women are still getting paid more than the women. Also in professional sports, men are paid more than women. This is because more people watch men's sports, but why do they? Something that I think that has slowly changed over time is the idea of a house wife. More women are working full time like their husbands, but in most houses, the wife still cooks dinner, does Landry, and takes care of the children's needs. This is not true in all house, but I have found in the majority of houses this is true. So, by 2010 to say women and men are equal I would not agree. Things have gotten better for the equality of women to men, but they are not equal what so ever.
